Dr. Emmanuel Nembundah Tangumonkem is a visionary leader, consultant, and mentor dedicated to advancing community health, youth empowerment, and sustainable development. He holds a PhD in Political Science, an MSc in Health Economics, Policy & Management, and a BSc in Medical Laboratory Science, alongside advanced theological training including a Doctorate in Biblical Studies. As Executive President of ACADI Cameroon, Dr. Tangumonkem provides strategic leadership, guiding the organization in its mission to empower communities through health, education, and social transformation. His work integrates policy expertise, faith-based values, and practical action to create lasting impact. Beyond ACADI, he serves in multiple leadership capacities: Part-time Lecturer at Pan-African Institute for Development – West Africa (PAID-WA); Board Advisor at Initiative for Equality (IfE); Vice President of Cameroon Chaplains Association (CCA); National Youth Secretary of Full Gospel Mission Cameroon (FGMC); Chairman of Amazing Stars (ASTARS); Publications Coordinator at Christian Restoration Network (CRN); Global Manager at IEM Press. Dr. Tangumonkem is also a community chaplain, pastor, trainer, author, and publisher, committed to mentoring the next generation and fostering unity across diverse communities. His leadership is marked by a passion for empowering people to become agents of change in their communities through education, dialogue, and principled action, as well as building bridges between faith, policy, and practice
